Sullivan Community Impact Center
Opening in Fall 2026, the Sullivan Community Impact Center will serve as a new anchor for community-led renewal in Nicetown-Tioga. Designed as more than a building, the center will create space for education, wellness, technology access, arts programming, and neighborhood transformation.
As Called to Serve CDC prepares for this milestone opening, the Impact Center represents the beginning of a powerful comeback for the community.

The Sullivan Community Impact Center will bring together education, entrepreneurship, healthcare, arts, human services, and community-building programs under one roof.
Education + Entrepreneurship
PHL Gaming
In conjunction with Jump Button Studios, PHL Gaming will serve as the first physical location to bring to life Councilman Isaiah Thomas’s vision for a city-wide gaming program. It will provide state-of-the-art facilities for independent game developers while offering educational opportunities for young people.
Health + Wellness
Department of Family & Community Medicine at Temple University
Providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a model inner-city practice.
Temple University Community Care Management
Helping bridge the gap between patients and the healthcare system through local Community Health Workers who connect residents to health and social services.
Lewis Katz School of Medicine
Where Science, Medicine, and Community Meet. At the Lewis Katz School of Medicine, we push the limits of discovery to improve lives in Philadelphia and around the world.
Arts, Healing + Equity
Community Arts Center
Arts programming offered by Alice & Daisy’s Kin, LLC, an African American, women-owned, locally based business, including classes, clubs, artist space, art parties, and art therapy.
Center for Health Justice and Bioethics
Collaborating across disciplines to advance ethical, equitable health solutions and address disparities through research, education, and community partnerships.
Support + Gathering Spaces
Community Wellness Navigator
A dedicated staff person will work with program partners to coordinate services for families who visit the Center.
Café
CTS is seeking a mission-aligned café operator to offer coffee, light fare, and ideally feature the work of Philadelphia authors.

How the Programs Work Together
The Sullivan Community Impact Center is designed to connect services that are often separated. A young person may enter through gaming or arts programming, a family may connect with healthcare or human services, an entrepreneur may find opportunity through neighborhood-based business support, and residents may gather in spaces that celebrate local culture.
