    Founder & Executive Director

    Rev. Major leads CTS’s mission, strategic partnerships, and community-centered development work. He also serves as Pastor of Zion Baptist Church and as a member of the Board of Directors.

    Chief Operations Officer

    Teisa supports organizational operations, partnerships, program coordination, and the systems that move CTS initiatives forward. She also serves on the Board of Directors.

    Amelia works directly with corridor businesses and community stakeholders, connecting entrepreneurs and residents with resources, support, and opportunities.
