1. About Called to Serve CDC
Called to Serve CDC, Inc. is a nonprofit community development organization serving Philadelphia communities through initiatives focused on neighborhood revitalization, education, entrepreneurship, economic opportunity, and community well-being.
References in these Terms to “Called to Serve,” “CTS,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Called to Serve CDC, Inc.

You may use this website for lawful, personal, educational, charitable, and informational purposes.

4. Donations and Payments
The website may allow you to make a charitable contribution through a third-party donation or payment platform.
When you submit a donation:

- Your transaction may also be governed by the terms and privacy practices of the third-party payment processor.
- Called to Serve may receive information about the donation, such as your name, contact information, donation amount, campaign designation, payment status, and recurring gift preferences.
- Called to Serve generally does not directly receive or store your complete credit or debit card number.
Unless otherwise required by law, donations are generally nonrefundable. If you believe a donation was submitted in error, duplicated, or made without authorization, contact us promptly at info@calledtoservecdc.org. We will review the request but cannot guarantee that a refund will be available.
Tax deductibility depends on your individual circumstances. Donors should consult their own tax advisors regarding the deductibility of any contribution.
5. Recurring Donations
When you establish a recurring donation, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method according to the frequency and amount you choose.
You are responsible for reviewing the recurring gift details before submitting the donation.
To request a change or cancellation, follow the instructions provided by the donation platform or contact us at info@calledtoservecdc.org. Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next scheduled payment. A cancellation may not affect a payment that has already been processed.
6. Event Registration and Participation
The website may provide information about fundraising events, community programs, meetings, workshops, volunteer opportunities, and other activities.
Event dates, locations, speakers, schedules, availability, admission requirements, and other details may change. Registration does not guarantee participation if an event is postponed, canceled, reaches capacity, or becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control.
Separate registration terms, waivers, refund rules, or participation requirements may apply to certain events or programs.
7. Contact Forms and Submissions
When you submit information through a contact, newsletter, donation, registration, volunteer, or other website form, you agree to provide accurate and appropriate information.
Submitting a form does not create a contractual, employment, advisory, fiduciary, partnership, or other formal relationship between you and Called to Serve.
We are not required to respond to every submission, request, proposal, application, or inquiry.
Do not submit confidential, legally privileged, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information through a general website form.

You may choose to receive newsletters, event announcements, fundraising communications, program updates, or other messages from Called to Serve.
You may unsubscribe from promotional email communications by using the unsubscribe link included in the message or by contacting us. We may still send administrative or transactional messages related to a donation, registration, request, or other interaction you initiated.
Delivery of email communications is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed, filtered, or blocked by your email provider.

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, design elements, page layouts, and downloadable materials, are owned by or licensed to Called to Serve and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
